“Working hard will lead to success, so persevere through challenge.” Special Feature: School Spirit! |
Pink Day. Irish Spirit Day. Halloween. ND offers so many spirited events every year that we as Irish are lucky to be a part of. Although spirit days and other engaging events in the school are completely optional, all students are encouraged to get involved and create their own high school memories. No one should ever feel peer pressured to miss out on these opportunities to have fun, so don’t be afraid to go full out on school spirit! Don’t be shy, the Prefects will prove it’s cool to come to school decked out in spirit wear! We cannot take these privileges for granted as they are here to enhance our high school experience. Mrs. Sneyd encourages students to be in charge of their own experience here at ND and to get involved, because you can’t have the most fun if you stay in your shell.

Special Feature: Sr. Boys Volleyball Team |
Our talented Irish volleyball players have had an interesting season this year. Mr. McDermott, coach for the team, knows that his players have a lot of potential in store with a handful of strong players this year. However, a couple previous games have been really close with a total of 6 wins and 6 losses. Due to the lateness of the games, some of the Irish’s strongest players are unable to power the team with their skills because of work commitments, thus leaving the team with only 1 or 2 subs out of the 13 players in total. Not all hope is lost though; Mr. McDermott hopes to regroup the team before the end of the season and looks to playing their last games with a strong finish. Good luck boys and go IRISH!
